We work on latest tool design and production software to get accuracy at each stage from design to production of moulds and its parts.

We work on latest vertical machining centres (VMC) and CNC. We have Mazak (Japan), HAAS (USA), YCM (Taiwan) to ensure perfect machining. The inhouse CMM (Germany) machine from the world-renowned Karl Zeiss supports us to maintain quality and accuracy in all parts that goes in making of every single mould. Our precise machining accuracy ensures the thin wall moulds qualify for the most critical drop test application while maintaining lowest weight of the product. As we are IML Container Mould Manufacturers we have a highly experienced and qualified design team which has the capability to take customer brief and work from scratch and create exciting and new developments as per customer requirements. The production team assisted by highly qualified engineers, technicians and fitters further strengthens and ensures that product designs are moulded with shortest possible cycle times & make moulds which are accurate and durable for a longer and continued operation.
